After 30 years of successfully building b-to-b sales for corporate companies in various industries, I started Sales Growth Solutions to apply the tactics I’d developed to drive sales growth for small to mid-sized businesses.
Along with in-the-field sales training, management and leadership experience, I’m a Sales Xceleration Advisor and have received my Certified Sales Leadership (CSL) designation. I’m also a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant with Predictive Index. This brings added value to my role implementing sales management, sales leadership and selling skills to client teams.
Client relationships have always been important to me. I’ve been fortunate to have developed long-term valued customer relationships with clients who appreciate that I listen closely and respond appropriately. I love what I do and am passionate about teaching others to build and lead sales teams that drive revenue growth and achieve success. I call this servant leadership.
